I'm Mahesh Kalbhor — a Principal Product Manager with 20+ years of experience across B2B platforms, enterprise AI, and digital transformation. I've spent the last several years at T-Mobile leading AI-powered product strategy, from Generative AI automation that cut manual effort by 80% to enterprise-scale programs managing $100M+ portfolios. I hold an MBA, PMP, CSM, CSPO, and IBM AI Product Manager certifications, plus an Innovation Leadership credential from Georgia Tech.

But here's the thing — when I started moving into AI product management, there was no clear playbook. I had deep PM experience across billing systems, CRM platforms, supply chain, and fintech. But transitioning to AI-first product work meant learning an entirely new set of skills: evaluation frameworks, MLOps, LLMOps, data governance, and how to scope AI features that actually ship in production — not just work in demos.

I figured it out through years of hands-on work — leading agentic AI and virtual agent strategies, driving ITSM backlog governance with AI automation, and building AI-assisted digital support workflows across enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Workday. The hard-won lessons from shipping AI products at scale are what I'm putting into ProofPM.

I built this because the path from traditional PM to AI PM doesn't need to take years of trial and error. The skills are learnable, the frameworks are shareable, and having a community of peers making the same transition changes everything. ProofPM is the resource I wished existed when I started — practical, honest, and built by someone who's done the work.
