I hold an MBA, PMP, CSM, CSPO, and IBM AI Product Manager certifications, plus an Innovation Leadership credential from Georgia Tech.

But here's the thing — when I started moving into AI product management, there was no clear playbook. I had deep PM experience across billing systems, CRM platforms, supply chain, and fintech. But advancing in product and engineering careers meant learning an entirely new set of skills: evaluation frameworks, MLOps, LLMOps, data governance, and how to scope AI features that actually ship in production — not just work in demos.

I figured it out through years of hands-on work — leading agentic AI and virtual agent strategies, driving ITSM backlog governance with AI automation, and building AI-assisted digital support workflows across enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Workday. The hard-won lessons from shipping AI products at scale are what I'm putting into ProofPM.
