1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ProofPM ("the Platform"), operated at proofpm.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

ProofPM is a career transition platform for Product Managers moving into AI Product Management roles. The Platform provides: a readiness assessment, curated learning resources, interview preparation materials, portfolio project briefs, 1:1 coaching, and optional paid features including personalized roadmaps and 1:1 training sessions.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Paid Plans

ProofPM offers free and paid tiers. The free tier includes limited access to resources, assessment, and 1:1 calls. Paid plans (Pro and 1:1 Training) provide expanded access as described on the billing page.

• Pro plan: Billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• 1:1 Training: A one-time payment. Includes a defined number of sessions as described at purchase.
• 30-day guarantee: All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

5. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of paid features.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including articles, assessments, frameworks, project briefs, and course materials, is the property of ProofPM or its content licensors and is protected by copyright law.

• You may access and use Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your career development.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or republish Platform content without written permission.
• Portfolio projects you build using our briefs are yours. We claim no ownership over your work product.

© 2026 ProofPM. All rights reserved. The ProofPM name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ProofPM. All content, design, code, and materials on this Platform are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

• No part of this Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used without prior written consent from ProofPM, except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
• The assessment questions, answer frameworks, learning content, project briefs, and all original written materials are copyrighted works of ProofPM.
• Screenshots, recordings, or automated scraping of Platform content is prohibited.
• If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, contact us at maheka@gmail.com with a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing material, and your contact information. We will respond within 14 days.

8. User Content

You may post content on the platform (discussions, comments, profile information). By posting, you grant ProofPM a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

You agree not to post content that is: illegal, harassing, defamatory, misleading, spam, or that infringes on others' intellectual property. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

9. Disclaimer

ProofPM provides educational resources and career development tools. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, salary increases, or job offers. Assessment scores and recommendations are informational and should not be treated as professional career advice. Results depend on your individual effort, background, and market conditions. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProofPM and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to ProofPM in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access paid features ends. We will retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
